Intel/Nvidia or AMD/ATI?

Which combination do you like best for gaming?

I've always been an Intel and Nvidia guy but ATI's new video card technology might swing me the other way if its as good as they say its gonna be.

no way, the 3800 HD is barely as good as the 8800 GTX or even the 8800 GT

Yes....i know im not part of the clan i just like to take a look at the forums once in a while. I prefer ATI but thats just me since all of my gfx cards have been radeon.....execpt my really old nvidia.

nvidias better but atis cheap although intel is the best no questions asked so i prefer intel/ati

intel and ati will have problems working together. You'll get lower fps and performance won't be as good

Nvidia is built to work with intel
ATI is built to work with amd

You mix any of the two and you're asking for a HUGE drop in performance

except the HP Blackbird
but who the hell can aford that anyway

if i could have afford that hp blackbird... i would have been donated like 1000 to this clan...lol

hp blackbird is way overpriced

yea u could have the same computer as the best blackbird their selling for about 1 grand less than their market price... but you have to build it

Building computers is exaggerated
The only hard part is not shorting it

great point their and be sure not to electric yourself in the process or youll screw up badly
